The selected vendor will utilize a “race-explicit but not exclusive” lens that prioritizes addressing racism and centering the needs and priorities of Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) staff, while also recognizing the impact of intersecting forms of oppression within and across identities and experiences.
