The Boston Part A EMA Planning Council is a volunteer, federally mandated planning body that works to organize, prioritize, and allocate Ryan White Part A HIV funding in the Boston Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA). Planning Council members work with staff at the Boston Public Health Commission to assess needs and determine how to meet them across ten counties in eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.

The Planning Council recruits members that reflect the HIV epidemic in the EMA. There are currently seats available for people living with HIV, and people that identify as Black or African American. To apply for immediate consideration, please click the code or link below:
