Mission Statement
The mission of the Education & Outreach Office of the Boston Public Health Commission’s (BPHC) Infectious Disease Bureau is to ensure that Boston residents have the necessary information to protect themselves from communicable diseases. Infection prevention requires that comprehensive, linguistically, and culturally appropriate information is readily available.

Provider Orientation - FY 2021
On Thursday, August 27th, 2020, the Education and Outreach Office hosted its mandatory Provider Orientation for Grantees. Attendees received a folder which contained the slides from the various presentations conducted, as well as rules and instructions for reporting and billing, templates and sample tools.
