We offer 7 weekly classes. Feel free to use our studio on your own, too! To reserve it, please contact the desk attendant for available times.
| Pool
Boston's hidden gem is our newly renovated, 6-lane pool. The pool area also has a stretching/warm-up room, kick boards, aqua jogger belts, flippers, and water dumbbells.
Please note: - There is no lifeguard on duty.
- All swimmers must be at least 18 years old and know how to swim.
- MA law requires that swimmers wear swim caps and take a cleansing shower before entering the pool.
- The pool closes 30 minutes prior to closing.
- Swim caps, goggles, and ear/nose plugs are available for purchase at the front desk.
- Towels can be rented for $1.

Meet our personal trainers: Catherine Larkin A certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine – the gold standard for personal trainer certification around the world – with 19 years of experience, and a certified group fitness and seniors fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Catherine has 25 years of experience altogether in the fitness industry. She has studied basic nutrition for health and weight management through AFAA and was certified to teach Hatha Yoga at Dannis Rose in Dublin, Ireland. Catherine has experience working with diverse populations and handles most of the orientations with new members to familiarize them with the equipment and help them start their exercise program. Bill McLaughlin A certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine – the gold standard for personal trainer certification around the world – with 18 years of experience, and a former triathlete and swim coach, Bill specializes in sport-specific personal training. He has completed significant coursework in exercise physiology, kinesiology, and anatomy and physiology. Tired of the same old workout? Want to improve your swimming or golf game? Bill can set you up with a specific program to help you improve the activities that are important to you. He has worked with athletes in: soccer, swimming, triathlons, dressage, tennis, golf, basketball, skiing and running, as well as almost every possible population, including seniors and moms. Bill is also the manager of the South End Fitness Center.
