Best Practices Meeting
Each year, the Education and Outreach Office convenes a "Best Practices" meeting with its Funded Agencies to discuss, share and braintorm agency experience with a particular topic in hopes of developing "Best Practices". For FY 17, the topic was "Supported Referrals". Agencies shared how they define "suuported referrals" as well as their process for making, confirming, tracking and documenting these referrals.
