Medical Case Management Training Program

The Medical Case Management Training Program is housed under the Infectious Disease Bureau of the Boston Public Health Commission. The program was established to host trainings for case managers serving people living with HIV in the Boston area.

Mission Statement

We strive to empower case managers to work as a community to provide consistent, comprehensive care to people living with HIV.

We do this by partnering with local organizations to provide trainings and resources for case managers so they can ensure people living with HIV can reach and maintain viral suppression by accessing the full continuum of HIV services.
