How we Engage the Community in our work

BPHC's Community Engagement Plan is overseen by the Office of Health Equity. The Community Engagement Strategy is founded upon seeking input and participation from resident and other stakeholders. We do this through strategies described in the BPHC Community Engagement Plan. You can download the full plan[link].

The Health Equity Advisory Committee (HEAC) is made up of nine Boston residents, who live in seven different Boston neighborhoods. The group advises BPHC in the development of policy, communications, data, and inclusive community engagement practices. To see who they are [link]

Community Meetings - BPHC works with community partners to co-host neighborhood meetings that inform and engage residents on public health issues. Click here for information on our 2017 and coming soon 2018 meetings.

BPHC's Partnership Database serves as an internal information hub to help us track, foster and support partnerships.

BPHC's Customer Satisfaction Survey is designed to collect information about our consumers' and clients' experiences with BPHC. Feedback from surveys will be used to improve the quality of BPHC's service delivery.  Please leave your feedback on the right hand corner tab.
