WEIGHTS

At South End Fitness Center, you will find both variable and plate-loaded weight training equipment by Nautilus, Magnum Fitness Systems and Quantum.  We also have dumbbells from 
1 to 110 lbs., medicine balls, kettle bells, body bars, "xertubes," stability balls, and a speed bag.


CARDIO

Cardio equipment includes treadmills, elliptical machines, Stairmasters, upright stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, and rowing machines.  We also have a heavy bag, aerobic steps, and stretching and yoga mats.

Also, included free with each membership is a 1-hour personal fitness orientation with our fitness specialist (available by appointment). During the orientation, we will discuss and evaluate your level of physical ability, your fitness goals, and proper technique and equipment usage.

EXERCISE STUDIO

Studio equipment includes: body bars, medicine balls, kettle bells, stability balls, light dumbbells, a speed bag, and a heavy bag.
