Wyman Community Reentry Program

​The Wyman Community Reentry Program is a 30-bed, 4-6 month residential​ substance use disorders (SUDs) recovery program. The program provides SUDS recovery services for men 18+ who are involved with the court system. 

Eligibility:
  • 18 years and older
  • Male
  • Seeking a safe and sober environment upon release from court or incarceration
  • Actively working on finding a job or job training
  • Participation in the educational and/or support groups offered
  • Established commitment to sobriety
 
Services Include:
  • Case management
  • Substance use counseling
  • Criminal/legal advocacy
  • Individualized service plans
  • Both individual and group counseling
  • Substance use education and relapse prevention
  • HIV/AIDS education
  • Tobacco and gambling cessation counseling
  • Help with family unification
  • Aftercare planning and referrals
 
Sessions Offered:
  • Facilitated client discussion groups – meet daily to explore life issues related to substance abuse
  • Psychoeducational sessions – provide information about physiological, psychological, and sociological consequences of substance abuse
  • One to one, goal-oriented sessions – help clients choose a suitable placement for treatment
