 HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AND LABORATORIES

The Communicable Disease Control Division is responsible for the surveillance, control, and prevention of more than 80 communicable diseases.  The division provides resources, guidelines, and reporting forms for healthcare providers, research laboratories, and hospital laboratories.
