Educational Materials Available from the Domestic Violence Program:

The Domestic Violence Program develops and/or identifies and distributes educational materials on domestic violence and its related issues. Availability is dependent on the item.

Types of materials include brochures, handouts, booklets, and posters. Many of our materials are available in Spanish.

Domestic Violence: The FactsDomestic Violence: The Facts
Created by Peace at Home, Domestic Violence: The Facts provides easy-to-understand information for victims of domestic violence, as well as family members, friends and community members looking for ways to help. It is also available in Spanish, Violencia Domestica: Los Hechos.

Up to 3 copies of each handbook are available for free; larger orders are available for a small fee per handbook, based on size of agency and ability to pay. Please call 617-534-2687 for prices and to place an order.

Health-based resources
Many Boston area community health centers and hospitals have domestic violence advocates or programs.  Ask your health care provider for a referral or call your health center or local hospital and ask to speak to the domestic violence advocate.
