What Services Will I Receive?
If you are a pregnant Black woman or you know of one that lives in the neighborhoods of Roxbury, South and North Dorchester, Mattapan, Hyde Park, South End, and Jamaica Plain, you will have a personal case manager who will ensure that you will have an individualized care plan for the following needs (this is not a complete list):
Case management (housing, utilities, public benefits, stress reduction, etc.)
- Health education and educational group meetings
- Infant care
- Breastfeeding
- Nutrition information and WIC
- Interpreting (for non-English speaking clients)
- Importance of staying connected to health care after pregnancy
- Budget management
- And many other services…
