The Bureau provides a variety of addiction services including treatment, prevention, advocacy, and harm reduction to fill the unmet needs of highly vulnerable populations. The Bureau’s programs are divided into three services areas:
PREVENTION AND HARM REDUCTION |
Through the Community Prevention Services and Harm Reduction and Overdose Prevention programs, the Bureau has expanded its focus as a treatment provider to working directly with communities. The Prevention and Harm Reduction service area reduces and prevents the poor health outcomes associated with substance use through outreach, education and training, neighborhood mobilization, and the dissemination of safety materials.

TREATMENT AND RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES |
