A Message from the Director:
Welcome to the website of the Boston Public Health Commission’s Bureau of Addictions Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Support Services.
The Bureau sets the direction and priorities for the City's comprehensive system of addiction services. Our mission is to support the restored health, sustained recovery, and active reintegration into family life for all residents, families, and neighborhoods ravaged by substance abuse in Boston.
On this site you will find information about the substance abuse system of care in Boston, including information about the variety of treatment options available. This includes information about our services, as well as a directory of other services available across the City and links to sites that you may find helpful.
We hope you will find this site useful. If you have additional questions or feedback on how we can make this site better, please e-mail us at addictions@bphc.org.
