Immunization Schedule
It's Never Too Late to Vaccinate!
To protect your child from serious childhood
diseases, your child needs a basic series of vaccinations before
2 years of age and booster doses for some vaccines
at 4-6 years of age and at 11-12 years of age.

The above are the routinely recommended ages. If your child has missed shots,
your child can be caught-up and protected. Talk to your child's doctor if
