Best PracticesA searchable catalog of best practices for eliminating racial and ethnic health disparities and addressing the social determinants of health compiled by the Center for Health Equity Social Justice. Tools: Tools for individuals, organizations and coalitions doing health equity work. We have listed tools both from both the Boston Public Health Commission and other organizations, including the Cultural Competency Assessment Tool, the Unnatural Causes Youth Companion Guide, Data Collection Toolkits, the Critical Mass Toolkit, and other resources. Data Regulations:All acute care hospitals in the City of Boston are required to comply with the Data Collection Regulation. This section includes the regulation, data collection guidelines, and data collection toolkits. |
