Mayor's Task Force Blueprint ReportMayor Menino’s blue ribbon task force, comprised of leaders from academic institutions, community coalitions, health care, and insurance providers, developed a blueprint, with strategies that address social determinants and health factors that contribute to health disparities. Hospital Working Group ReportMayor Menino’s Hospital Working Group, comprised of representatives from Boston’s hospitals and community health centers, developed hospital-based recommendations around the collection and reporting of disparities data, coordination of institutional cultural competency efforts, diversification of the health care workforce, and strengthening of community linkages. Disparities Data Report: The Commission’s data report takes a comprehensive look at health disparities, including the social determinants of health such as racism, the burden of poverty, and the declining availability of affordable health insurance. Year One ReportFormative evaluation of Year One activities to address racial and ethnic health disparities as identified by the Hospital Working Group and the Mayor’s Task Force. that impact young people who live, work, and play in Jamaica Plain. We hope that in
