Notice to Travelers about Avian Influenza A (H5N1) The CDC does not recommend the general public avoid travel to affected countries;
however, travelers should be aware of avian influenza. Travelers to countries
affected who have symptoms of avian influenza upon return should talk with their
healthcare provider immediately.
