Description
The Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) seeks a vendor to conduct data collection for the 2012 Boston Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS). The BRFSS is a nation-wide surveillance project originating from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). It is conducted in each state by the CDC in partnership with the state health departments.

Description
The Boston Public Health Commission seeks to provide mini-grants to support the development of policy, systems and environmental strategies related to food access in Boston. Between 3 and 5 community-based organizations in Boston will each be awarded between $5,000 and $8,000 for innovative pilot projects that address food access for low income residents.
